Rick has been working for FedEx for 30 years, in a variety of different capacities including Sales Support, Digital Access Marketing, Retail Marketing and now in his current role as Managing Director of the Domestic Product Management organization. Responsible for the product management and marketing leadership for the US based transportation portfolio at FedEx, Rick’s focus is on driving competitive superiority with the current portfolio of shipping solutions while generating additional revenue streams through new product and program offerings through FedEx Express, FedEx Ground and FedEx SmartPost. Rick also manages the Global e-Commerce Center of Excellence focused on delivering best-in-class FedEx solutions to support our fast-moving digital economy. The primary goals of the Domestic Product Management team are improving FedEx’s position in the marketplace by focusing on increased access points, excellent customer experience and through the implementation of key strategic corporate initiatives and channel support activities.
Rick has been in Memphis for 23 years, moving here from his hometown of Rochester, NY. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL and his M.B.A. from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN. In his spare time, Rick enjoys traveling, reading, movies, theatre and community work. He is also an avid runner.
