Caitlin Logan is the Director of Customer Experience at FabFitFun. She oversees all aspects of ensuring a superior customer experience for members, including areas of retention, satisfaction management, quality assurance, team productivity, and data analysis.
Caitlin graduated from the University of Oregon and found herself chasing sunshine and opportunity to Los Angeles shortly after. In early 2013, she joined a tech start-up, The Honest Company, where she strengthened her passion and knowledge for effective customer service while helping support 700% growth in the team over a 3-year period.
At FabFitFun, she is looking forward to continuing to lead the team up a similar growth trajectory. “I love getting to build a team of smart, compassionate individuals who are dedicated to making members’ day, every day.”
