Biography

Brent Freeman is a serial entrepreneur with 10+ years in the digital marketing and ecommerce industries. Brent cut his teeth as a customer acquisition, email marketing and data analytics expert as an early team member of the performance marketing ad network Dedicated Media (acq. by LIN Media). During his tenure at Dedicated, Brent was on the founding team of CPADNA, the customer acquisition division that grew from a fledgling offshoot into a multimillion dollar performance marketing engine.

Soon thereafter, Brent founded Roozt.com, an online marketplace platform for social good consumer brands that he built from the ground up as one of the first advertisers on Facebook using the fundamentals of direct response marketing. Roozt quickly grew into an industry leading, seven figure revenue generating brand with a community of over 250k members across the United States. Roozt was featured in Mashable, Forbes, Huffington Post, INC.com, PandoDaily, Today Show, NBC, and ABC and in 2014 was bought by Novica, an international marketplace for artisans backed by National Geographic.

After Roozt, Brent became an EIR at Crosscut Ventures and a Venture Advisor where he helps vet consumer internet deals while simultaneously sourcing early stage companies. Brent currently writes for Entrepreneur.com and previously contributed to INC.com on social entrepreneurship while speaking all over the country on the topic, including a TEDx.

Every year, Brent mentors and advises 4-5 early stage entrepreneurs to help them break through growth barriers and achieve their dreams. Today, Brent is Founder & President of Stealth Venture Labs – a turnkey marketing engine for subscription commerce & saas ventures that focuses on connecting the dots between data science, direct response marketing and growth hacking by rolling up their sleeves and executing along side founders. Stealth has helped generate over $100M in revenue for it’s partners in the last 2+ years and currently manages over $1M+ / month in media spend on platforms like Facebook and Google.

In his free time, Brent loves to travel with his wife and has a special spot in his heart for Italy, where he just can’t get enough of the food, language or culture.
