Refund Policy

SubSummit 2024 ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable unless you qualify to participate in the Hosted Buyer Program (must operate/work for a DTC business).

Additionally, discounts cannot be combined when purchasing a ticket. 

For any reason that you are unable to attend, our team will credit your purchase for a future event, or you may transfer your paid event ticket to a teammate or colleague.
